Thank you for your interest in child care at Countryside! We strive to provide a safe, stimulating environment in which to nurture our youngest disciples (ages 0-5) while their parents and caregivers participate in other ministries.

• Please note that child care is provided from 9:20am until noon every Sunday morning. Parents and caregivers must remain on site while their children are in our care.
  
• Please use the form on this page to request child care that is needed outside of Sunday mornings. Child care requests are to be submitted at least two weeks prior to the event. After your request is submitted, the Child Care Coordinator will be in contact with you. Thanks again!
