Part-Day Preschool for the coming school year 2022-2023.  Enrollment for children ages 3-5 by September 1st of this year.  We also have a few enrollment openings in our full-day child care program for 3-5 year old's.  Call for more information or complete online enrollment form below to be placed on the waiting list.

Information about Countryside CDC

Full-Day Child Care Program - Year round child care option for children 12 months and walking to Kindergarten entry.  Hours of Operation 7am - 5:30pm.

Part-Day Preschool Program - 9 month preschool program for children who are 3 years old through 5 years old and toilet trained before September 1st of the current school year.  Sessions are 3 hours per day 2, 3 or 5 days a week. (See schedule below)

Tuesday/Thursday Morning from 8:30am - 11:30am

 (must be 3 and potty trained before 9/1/2021)

Monday/Wednesday/Friday Morning from 8:30am - 11:30am

Monday/Wednesday/Friday Afternoon from 12:30pm-3:30pm

(must be 3 and potty trained before 9/1/2021)   

Monday through Friday Morning from 8:30am-11:30am

Monday through Friday Afternoon  from 12:30pm - 3:30pm

(must be 4 and potty trained before 9/1/2021)
