Drop Off Collection for Topeka Rescue Mission
Countryside's Mission Ministry invites you to help support the Topeka Rescue Mission (TRM) during the month of June. Typically we would collect items for babies & children this month. However, this year TRM has a most urgent need for food to help in their current mission work in light of COVID-19.
To help them provide food for community members, we are accepting donations in the following ways:
Financial gifts are always appreciated.
please make contributions payable to Countryside and designate in the memo: TRM. Your gifts will be forwarded to TRM.
Countryside UMC drive-thru/drop off to collect food items (CUMC will deliver to TRM). *Please see list of requested items below.
North parking lot drop off:
Monday, June 22nd, from 5:30 p.m.-6:30 p.m.
Sunday, June 28th: 10:30 a.m.-12:00 noon.

There will be helpers available in the north lot to safely accept your donations & deliver to TRM. *Below is information & a list of needs from the Rescue Mission’s website:
“Urgent Need: In light of the current COVID-19 situation, we are restricting prepared meals to only our guests. To continue to assist community members who would normally eat in our dining room we are preparing sack lunches and are in need of the items listed below:
Lunch meat either sliced or in bulk
Sliced cheese
Ziploc sandwich bags
